Hyderabad-based agentic AI solutions provider Covasant Technologies announced a partnership with Google Cloud on Thursday to accelerate enterprise adoption of Gemini Enterprise. The collaboration aims to help organizations move artificial intelligence projects from pilot stages into governed, production-ready deployments.
Strategic Collaboration Focus
The Hyderabad- and Plano-headquartered company stated that the partnership aligns with Google Cloud’s enterprise AI strategy and will concentrate on building and scaling AI applications and agents across major industries. Covasant plans to integrate Gemini Enterprise with its agent management suite and control tower platform to enable centralized governance, lifecycle management, and orchestration of enterprise AI agents.
Control Tower Capabilities
According to Covasant, its control tower provides real-time visibility into agent behavior, performance, and usage while managing access controls and policy compliance. The company emphasized that its ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for responsible AI strengthens its ability to support deployments in regulated and mission-critical environments.
Future Plans
Over the next year, Covasant and Google Cloud intend to deepen their collaboration through industry-focused agent-as-a-service bundles targeting regulated and high-impact sectors. Srikanth Chakkilam, CEO of Covasant Technologies, noted that enterprise AI is shifting toward systems capable of reasoning, collaborating, and operating in complex business settings.
Victor Morales, vice president for global system integrators partnerships at Google Cloud, commented that the partnership combines infrastructure with implementation expertise to help joint customers build autonomous systems integrated into core business operations.
