Leaked specifications for the iQOO Neo11S have emerged, revealing a powerhouse smartphone expected to launch in 2026. According to a tipster on Chinese social media, the device will be the first to feature MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with a 144Hz 2K display and a colossal 8000mAh battery.
Unprecedented Battery and Display
The iQOO Neo11S is rumored to pack an 8000mAh battery, a significant leap from the 6100mAh cell in its predecessor, the Neo10 Pro. This capacity would make it one of the largest batteries in a mainstream smartphone, potentially offering multi-day usage on a single charge. The display is expected to be a 2K resolution panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering ultra-smooth visuals for gaming and content consumption.
Dimensity 9500 Chipset
MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 is anticipated to be the first chipset built on TSMC's 3nm process, succeeding the Dimensity 9400. The leak suggests it will feature two high-performance Cortex-X930 cores and six Cortex-A730 efficiency cores, offering a substantial performance uplift over current generation chips. This aligns with earlier reports that MediaTek is targeting flagship performance with the 9500 series.
Other Expected Features
Additional leaks indicate the iQOO Neo11S may include up to 16GB of LPDDR6 RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The camera system is speculated to feature a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, alongside an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens. Fast charging could support 120W wired charging, though details on wireless charging remain unconfirmed.
The iQOO Neo11S is expected to launch in the second half of 2026, likely competing with other flagship killers such as the OnePlus 14 and Xiaomi 16 series. Pricing is rumored to start around CNY 3,000 (roughly $420) for the base model.
As with all leaks, these specifications should be taken with caution until official confirmation from iQOO. The company has not commented on the rumors.
