Two Dead in Kanpur Dehat Head-On Bike Crash

Kanpur: Two men lost their lives and another sustained serious injuries in a head-on collision between two motorbikes on the Derapur-Chilauli road in Kanpur Dehat late Saturday evening. Upon receiving the alert, police arrived at the scene and arranged for an ambulance to transport the injured to the Community Health Centre in Rura. However, two of the victims died while being taken to the hospital. The third injured individual was later referred to the medical college after receiving initial treatment.

Victims Identified

The deceased have been identified as Suryabhan Singh (32), a resident of Hasanapur village who worked as a delivery boy for a private firm, and Kamal Dohre (33), from Baluapur village under the Shivli police station. Both were declared dead on arrival by doctors. Rampal (42), also from Baluapur, who was riding pillion on Kamal’s bike, was injured in the accident.

Incident Details

The collision occurred on the Derapur-Chilauli road, a route frequently used by locals. Police are investigating the cause of the accident. No further details have been released at this time.
