The quarter-final matches of the Punjab State Hockey Championship for Sub-Junior boys and girls concluded on the second day of the tournament, setting the stage for an exciting semifinal round. The event, organized by Hockey Punjab with support from RoundGlass Sports, is being held at the Olympian Surjit Hockey Stadium in Jalandhar.

Boys' Category Quarter-Final Results

In a series of competitive matches, four teams emerged victorious to secure their places in the semifinals. Jalandhar narrowly defeated Ludhiana with a score of 2–1 in a closely contested game. Mohali showcased a dominant performance, registering a convincing 4–0 victory over Sangrur. Tarn Taran delivered an impressive win, overwhelming Patiala with a 7–1 scoreline. Meanwhile, Amritsar advanced to the semifinals after defeating SBS Nagar 3–0.

Girls' Category Semifinal Qualifiers

In the girls' category, the semifinal spots were claimed by Patiala, Muktsar Sahib, Malerkotla, and Bathinda. These teams demonstrated strong performances throughout the championship, earning their places in the upcoming crucial matches.
