Confidence is growing with this group, especially with quite a few new or newish players in the squad who have done exceptionally well," said McLeod, who led Belgium to victory in the 2018 World Cup and the Tokyo Olympics.

Belgium is now set to face India on Saturday, and Coach McLeod is anticipating a challenging encounter. "I don't think it helps us because I think India will be keen to play well. They are a very proud side and would have been disappointed with their effort against Argentina.
