Vineet Saxena named head coach of BCCI U-19 elite camp

Jaipur: Former Rajasthan Ranji Trophy stalwart Vineet Saxena has been appointed as head coach of the Under-19 elite boys camp conducted by the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bangalore. The four-week-long camp will be held in Pondicherry from May 11 to June 6.

Previous BCCI Assignments

His previous BCCI assignment was as batting coach of India A for the T20 World Cup warm-up matches a couple of months ago. Last season, he worked as head of women's cricket for Rajasthan.

Career Highlights

The 45-year-old Vineet Saxena has served Rajasthan cricket for nearly two decades and played 129 First-Class matches during his marathon career. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the game make him a valuable addition to the BCCI's development program.
