The Chandigarh Amateur Boxing Association (CABA) is set to organize the 39th Sub-Junior Boys and 20th Sub-Junior Girls Chandigarh State Boxing Championship, a two-day event scheduled from June 13 to 14 at the Sector 42 Sports Complex. The tournament aims to provide a platform for young boxers in the region to showcase their skills and compete at the state level.

Eligibility and Registration Details

Boxers who are either residents of Chandigarh or studying in an educational institution within the city are eligible to participate. The age criteria specify that participants must be born between January 2012 and December 31, 2013. The verification of documents, entries, and weigh-in will take place on June 12 from 4 pm onwards at the same venue. All participants are required to bring necessary documentation to confirm their eligibility.

The championship will feature bouts across various weight categories for both boys and girls.
