Rohan Rajbhar Hits Fourth Century in Colvin Shield

Jaipur: In-form batter Rohan Rajbhar continued his dream run in the state-level Colvin Shield cricket tournament by hammering his fourth hundred at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium here on Sunday. The Rajasthan U-23 captain smashed 160 to power Jaipur to an emphatic 140-run victory over Jhalawar.

Rohan, who hit three centuries earlier in the week against Hanumangarh (144 in 147 balls), Sikar (146 in 130 balls), and Ajmer (102 not out in 70 balls), was on song from the word go and enabled Jaipur to pile up 378 for 5 against Jhalawar. Besides Rohan's 160, Manendra Singh (78), Karan Lamba (47), and Raj Sharma (45) were the other major contributors.

Jhalawar could muster only 238 for 5 in their allotted 50 overs. Armaan (56), Ram Mohan (49), and Tanveer (40) tried hard but fell way short of the target. Jaipur bowlers Shubham Sharma (3-26), Deepak Chaudhary, Ayush Ameria, and Karan Lamba (2 wickets each) bowled splendidly.
