Thanks to opportunities like the all-women's tests, six women have secured rookie or official development roles, while four have landed permanent positions within teams, marking significant progress in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Through the Formula E FIA Girls on Track program, approximately 6,000 young women have experienced the thrilling environment of a race car since its inception. Each event under this program provides up to 120 young women with STEM workshops and insights into careers in motorsport, inspiring them to pursue this path as a viable and exciting career choice.
