SAI's Fit India Carnival 2026 to Transform Varkala Beach into Fitness Hub

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) regional centre, operating under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is set to host the highly anticipated Fit India Carnival 2026 at the scenic Varkala beach. This vibrant event will run from Friday through Sunday, aiming to spread the powerful message of ‘Fitness as Fun’ across diverse age groups.

Inauguration and Schedule Details

The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for Friday, with Sports Minister V Abdurahiman gracing the occasion as the chief guest. Activities during the carnival will be held daily in two engaging sessions: from 7.30 am to 10.30 am and again from 4.30 pm to 10 pm, ensuring ample opportunities for participation.
