Tragic Road Accident Claims Lives of Two Young Friends in Bihar
In a heartbreaking incident, two friends, Badal Mandal, aged 19, and Badal Kumar, aged 22, died in a fatal road accident in Bihar's Purnia district. The tragic event occurred early on Monday morning as they were returning from a wedding ceremony.
Details of the Fatal Crash
The accident took place near Purab Chowk, under the jurisdiction of the Baisi police station area. According to preliminary reports from local authorities, the duo was riding a motorcycle when it collided with a road divider. Police officials have stated that overspeeding was the primary cause of this devastating crash.
Immediate Aftermath and Medical Response
One of the youths succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident. The other was rushed to the Baisi primary health centre but, despite medical efforts, he also passed away due to the severe injuries sustained in the collision. The bodies of both victims were subsequently sent for a postmortem examination to determine the exact causes of death.
