PM Modi inaugurates Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the magnificent Rashtra Prerna Sthal, a sprawling 65-acre complex in Lucknow's Basant Kunj area, on Thursday. This highly anticipated event marks the public dedication of a landmark project designed to inspire the nation.

A Floral and Architectural Marvel Ready for Unveiling

The entire complex has been transformed into a horticultural spectacle in preparation for the inauguration. Officials have decorated the grounds with nearly 150,000 ornamental plants sourced from across India, including Andhra Pradesh, Nainital, Delhi, and Pune. The vibrant display features roses, chrysanthemums, marigolds, pansies, poinsettias, and jasmine, among others.

Staying true to its symbolic name, the lotus-themed architecture is accentuated with lotus-shaped fountains, some even adorned with floating roses. Vertical gardens and areca palms further enhance the lush landscaping, creating a serene and majestic environment for visitors.

Prime Minister's Schedule and Event Logistics

Upon arrival by helicopter, PM Modi will commence the program by paying floral tributes at the 65-foot-tall statues of three iconic leaders: Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. His itinerary includes a visit to the museum block to view a documentary on the lives, contributions, and ideologies of these figures.

Following this, he will formally dedicate the park within the complex to the public and deliver an address from the main stage. To ensure wide public participation, the Prime Minister's speech will be telecast live on LED screens installed at major intersections throughout Lucknow.

Security and Infrastructure Preparedness

Elaborate arrangements are in place for the smooth and secure conduct of the event. The area is under 24-hour surveillance. Three helipads have been constructed and cleared for operation, with officials assuring that helicopter movements will be managed without disrupting city traffic.

In a final review, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath personally inspected the venue to oversee the preparations, underscoring the significance of this national project in the heart of Uttar Pradesh's capital.
