A devastating high-speed collision near Indore in the early hours of Friday resulted in the deaths of three young individuals, including Prerna Bachchan, the daughter of senior Congress legislator and former Madhya Pradesh home minister Bala Bachchan. The group was returning from a birthday celebration when their car crashed into a truck.

The accident occurred around 5 am near the Ralamandal area on the Tejaji Nagar bypass. According to Tejaji Nagar police station in-charge Devendra Markam, the speeding car collided with a truck. Prerna Bachchan (24-25), along with two men identified as Man Sandhu and Prakhar Kasliwal, died on the spot. A fourth occupant, Anishka Rathi, sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital.
Preliminary investigations by the police revealed critical details. The occupants were returning after celebrating Prakhar Kasliwal's birthday at a venue known as Coco Farm. Officials stated they were "heavily intoxicated" at the time of the crash. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh Dandotiya confirmed all deceased were between 24 and 25 years old.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Chandani indicated that the vehicle was likely travelling at over 100 kmph. The discovery of liquor bottles inside the car supported the intoxication theory.
