The high-profile campaign vehicle was brought to the temporary office of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) set up within the Karur circuit house complex. Officials transported the caravan all the way from Panaiyur, near Chennai, specifically for this forensic inspection. The CFSL team's objective was to gather precise physical evidence related to the vehicle's structure and layout.
Detailed Measurements and Recreation
The forensic sleuths meticulously documented the caravan's dimensions using measuring tapes, taking notes from all sides of the vehicle. A key part of the probe involved accessing the podium on the vehicle's roof, from where Vijay had addressed the public. Officials utilized the integrated lift mechanism within the caravan to reach the roof safely.
To understand the perspective and setup during the campaign event, investigators had a person sit inside the front cabin, specifically in the same seat from which the actor had waved to his supporters and party cadres following the vehicle.
