In a vibrant prelude to International Women's Day, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav officially flagged off the 'Queens on Wheels 3.0' tour on Saturday. The event, held at his official residence in Bhopal, was heralded as a bold and inspiring demonstration of women's empowerment, showcasing the state's commitment to safety and its rich tourism potential to a global audience.

Addressing the flagging-off ceremony, CM Yadav emphasized that this third edition of the event has evolved far beyond a mere motorcycle rally. "This isn't just a bike rally, it is a campaign for courage, women's safety, and a vehicle to promote the 'Ajab-Gajab' identity of Madhya Pradesh," he declared. He warmly welcomed women bikers from across the nation to the 'Heart of India', asserting that Madhya Pradesh is not only remarkable ('Ajab-Gajab') but also ever-vigilant in ensuring the safety and security of women. The Journey: 25 Superbikers Embark on a 1,400-Km Adventure

The rally features a complement of 25 women superbikers from diverse regions of India, including eight participants from Bhopal itself. Led by the seasoned 62-year-old Dr. Neeta Khandekar from Mumbai, the group embarked on a grueling seven-day, 1,400-kilometer journey across Madhya Pradesh's most iconic tourist destinations.

The itinerary includes:

  • Sanchi
  • Udayagiri
  • Chanderi
  • Khajuraho
  • Kuno National Park
  • Gwalior
  • Mitawali
  • Orchha

This adventurous trek is scheduled to culminate back in Bhopal on March 13, weaving through landscapes that highlight the state's cultural and natural heritage.

The participating bikers form a diverse group, representing cities from across India:

  • Five each from Mumbai and Nagpur
  • Bhopal: Sara Khan, Rajnandini, Divya Raman, Mayuri Soni, Disha Rakeshiya, Unnati Chaurasia, Sejal Kushwaha, Mehak Batham
  • Gwalior: Shabnam Bano
