Biker Killed in Nalanda Hit-and-Run Accident

A 22-year-old man lost his life after a speeding car collided with his motorcycle near Bhenda village in Nalanda district on Monday. The impact was so severe that the motorcycle was completely wrecked.

Victim Identified

The deceased was identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Devendra Kewat, a resident of Khalsa village under the Bind area. He was on his way to visit his in-laws when the accident occurred.

Emergency Response

Upon receiving information, a police team led by Rahui SHO Lalit Vijay rushed to the scene. With the help of local residents, the injured youth was taken to the primary health center, where doctors declared him dead. The body was later sent to the model hospital for postmortem examination.

Family Details

Family members stated that Ravi was the youngest among four brothers. He is survived by his wife and a two-year-old son.

Police Investigation

The driver of the car fled after abandoning the vehicle. Police have seized both the damaged motorcycle and the car. Efforts are underway to trace the absconding driver.
