Bihar Congress Kicks Off 'Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan' with Observers' Training in Patna

The Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee organized a significant meeting and training program for observers appointed by the state committee at Sadaqat Ashram in Patna on Monday. This event officially launched the "Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan" in Bihar, marking a strategic move to bolster the party's organizational framework and outreach efforts across the state.

Leadership Outlines Campaign Objectives

Addressing the gathering, Bihar Congress state in charge Krishna Allavaru and state president Rajesh Ram detailed the core objectives of the campaign. They emphasized a strong focus on unity, social justice, and empowerment of grassroots workers. Rajesh Ram highlighted that the primary goal is to provide organizational strength to the party through this initiative. He stated, "Providing organisational strength to the party through the Organisation Creation Programme is the primary objective. Under this programme, selected colleagues will be entrusted with major responsibilities and greater authority within the organisation."

Ram further explained that observers appointed by the state unit would work in coordination with those from the All India Congress Committee. "Together, we will strengthen the Congress ideology down to the booth level and ensure due respect for every colleague's contribution. Alongside this, we will also reinforce the fight for social justice by ensuring appropriate representation of all social groups," he added.

Commitment to Inclusive Participation and Expansion

Leader of the party in the legislative council, Madan Mohan Jha, reinforced the Congress party's commitment to ensuring meaningful participation of its leaders. He noted that the program is designed to inspire new members to join the party and actively contribute to socio-political work, thereby expanding the party's base and influence in Bihar.

In charge secretary Shahnawaz Alam provided context by mentioning that the program has already been successfully conducted in other states. Its launch in Bihar aims to further strengthen the organization through a structured and transparent process for selecting office-bearers. "Through this initiative, a structured and transparent process for selecting office-bearers will be ensured," Alam stated, underscoring the importance of accountability and efficiency within the party structure.

Online Training and Central Support

Meanwhile, state observers received comprehensive online training from central war room chairman and MP Shashikant Senthil, along with national secretary Vamshi Chandra Reddy. This training component ensures that observers are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement the campaign's goals at the grassroots level.

The Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan represents a concerted effort by the Bihar Congress to revitalize its organizational machinery, promote social justice, and empower local workers, setting the stage for enhanced political engagement and party growth in the region.
