Patna: Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary is set to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate projects worth Rs 415.18 crore in Siwan’s Pachrukhi on Tuesday, according to Siwan Sadar MLA Mangal Pandey, who made the announcement on Monday.
Projects and Sahyog Shivir
The MLA stated that CM Samrat will also address the public at the ‘Sahyog Shivir—Sabka Samman, Jeevan Aasaan’ program, which will be held in Papaur panchayat of Pachrukhi block. The Sahyog Shivir initiative, organized by the Samrat government on the first and third Tuesday of every month at block and panchayat levels, aims to address public grievances.
Pandey revealed that the Chief Minister will oversee the foundation stone laying and inauguration of 44 development projects for Siwan’s progress. This includes 18 projects worth Rs 178.38 crore and 26 projects valued at Rs 236.80 crore.

“This initiative reflects the development-oriented vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar,” said the former health minister. Pandey emphasized that these new projects will transform the landscape of Siwan Sadar.
Praising former CM and JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar, Pandey noted that the foundation of development and model of good governance established by him continue to guide Bihar’s progress. “Carrying forward his vision, the double-engine government is taking Bihar to new heights,” Pandey added. He affirmed that all development promises made to the people of Siwan during elections by the NDA government are being fulfilled systematically.
