The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) has achieved a remarkable milestone through its focused employment campaign, successfully placing 1,162 persons with disabilities in job opportunities across various sectors. - Finance and Insurance sectors provided numerous opportunities
- Telecommunications companies conducted on-the-spot selections

- Small Enterprises including mobile repair shops, tailoring units, electrical services, Jan Seva Kendras, and dairy farms
The employment opportunities were created through camps, placement drives, and rozgar melas, ensuring maximum reach and accessibility for candidates across the state.

- Fatehpur led with 99 successful selections
- Amroha followed with 78 placements
- Farrukhabad achieved 65 job offers
- Varanasi secured 56 employment opportunities
- Maharajganj completed the top five with 39 placements
