Second Victim: 20-Year-Old Man

Rising Road Accidents in Bengaluru
These deaths add to the growing number of road fatalities in Bengaluru. According to recent data, the city has seen a spike in accidents, particularly involving pedestrians and two-wheeler riders. Speeding, reckless driving, and inadequate infrastructure are often cited as contributing factors. Traffic police have been conducting awareness campaigns and increasing enforcement, but incidents like these underscore the need for more comprehensive measures.
The local community in Chikkabanavara expressed grief over the loss of Kanya Prakash, describing her as a kind-hearted woman. They have urged authorities to install speed breakers and better lighting at the crossing where the accident occurred.
Authorities are expected to release more details about the second accident soon. Both cases are under investigation, and the police have assured strict action against the responsible parties.
