Patna Sahyog Shivir from May 19 for Grievance Redressal

The Patna district administration is set to launch 'Sahyog Shivir' at the panchayat level starting May 19, aiming to provide time-bound redressal of public grievances. Following the Chief Minister's directive, these camps will be conducted on the first and third Tuesday of every month, beginning with 40 panchayats.

District Magistrate's Directive

District Magistrate Thiyagarajan S M has released a roster and deputed senior officials to oversee the camps. He has directed that all complaints be resolved within 30 days. This initiative is part of the state government's 'Ease of Living' push under the Saat Nischay-3 program, which aims to deliver essential services at citizens' doorsteps.

Services Offered at Camps

The camps will provide a single-window platform for issues related to ration cards, pensions, housing schemes, MGNREGA, and revenue matters such as land mutation and demarcation. Citizens can also submit applications for caste, income, and residential certificates, as well as lodge complaints regarding electricity, water, roads, education, and health services.
