Mandatory Licensing Under Urban Local Body Rules

The corporation has introduced an upgraded online portal to simplify and expedite the licensing process. Pet owners are advised to use this portal to obtain fresh licenses and renew pending ones before the June 15 deadline.

Previous Deadline and Current Statistics

The earlier deadline for obtaining licenses expired on December 14 last year. To date, GCC has issued licenses for 78,392 pets, of which 9,656 have not been renewed. The corporation emphasizes the importance of timely renewal to avoid penalties.
