Additionally, the farmers called for comprehensive measures to alleviate financial burdens, including making farmers debt-free through effective policies. They emphasized the urgent need for the implementation of the Minimum Support Price (MSP) and the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana, schemes designed to ensure fair crop prices and stabilize farmer incomes.

The memorandum also proposed the establishment of two key commissions: a dedicated Farmers Commission to address agricultural issues systematically and a General Category Commission to cater to the needs of other communities. These bodies aim to provide structured solutions and representation.

- Priority for Punjabis in job opportunities within the state to boost local employment.
- Timely payment of sugarcane dues to prevent financial distress among cane growers.
- Strict action against drug trafficking and abuse, a critical social issue in Punjab.
- Introduction of mobile laboratories to combat milk adulteration, ensuring food safety and quality.
