Senior BJP Leader Launches Scathing Attack on Opposition in Prayagraj
Former Union minister and senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi delivered a fiery speech in Prayagraj on Friday. He directly targeted opposition parties including the Congress and the Samajwadi Party. Naqvi accused them of engaging in what he called a "hit and run hysteria".
Opposition Parties Displaying "Documents of Defeat"
Speaking to reporters in the city, Naqvi did not hold back his criticism. He stated that instead of showing courage on the electoral battlefield, these parties are merely displaying their past failures. "They always fly away from the fight," he remarked, suggesting a pattern of avoidance rather than confrontation.
Naqvi contrasted this with the BJP's own journey. He highlighted how the party overcame decades of political challenges to become a global symbol of good governance. According to him, India is now experiencing an "Amrit Kal" or golden era under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. This period is marked by stability and inclusive policies, even during global uncertainties.
A "Junkyard of Jealousy" and a "Laboratory of Losers"
The BJP leader used strong metaphors to describe the opposition's current state. He claimed they are trapped in a "junkyard of jealousy, bitterness, and frustration." Furthermore, he labeled them a "laboratory of losers" in their political endeavors. Naqvi argued that these parties are attempting to gain power without a solid foundation, like a "landlord without land."
He asserted that the common people are decisively rejecting what he termed "champions of confusion." Naqvi also accused a "defaulter dynasty" of trying to undermine India's democracy and Constitution through deliberate campaigns.
Confident Predictions for Future Elections
Looking ahead, Naqvi expressed strong confidence in the BJP's continued success. He stated that the opposition's alliance, which he described as makeshift and disruptive, is being completely knocked out by the public's mandate. Naqvi predicted a humiliating defeat for these parties in the upcoming 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and other state polls.
He emphasized that Prime Minister Modi's dedication and hard work cannot be dismissed by any opposition strategy. The strength of the BJP's result-oriented approach, according to Naqvi, is unshakable.
Condemnation of Atrocities in Bangladesh
During his address, Naqvi also addressed international concerns. He strongly condemned the recent atrocities against minorities in Bangladesh. Naqvi described the violence as "the height of the massacre of human values."
He called for decisive action against the jihadist elements responsible. Naqvi asserted that bulldozing these brutal forces is essential for the safety of all humanity and every religion. He warned that such fanatics are ultimately scripting the destruction of their own nation.
The senior BJP leader's comments in Prayagraj reflect the ongoing intense political discourse in India. His sharp critique of the opposition and firm support for the current government underscore the polarized climate as the country moves toward future electoral battles.
