Educational Institutions Must Guide Youth Away from Drugs

Young Indians must think scientifically, act responsibly, and serve selflessly. Higher educational institutions have a duty to instill these core values in every student.

President Murmu urged all young people to contribute to national development. Regardless of their chosen profession, they should uphold strong human values. She praised GNDU for integrating the teachings and values of Guru Nanak Dev into its ethos. The university's founding coincided with the 500th birth anniversary of the Sikh guru.
