Hooda demands Pradhan's resignation over paper leaks

Sonipat: Haryana leader of opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday demanded the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him morally responsible for recurring incidents of exam paper leaks.

Speaking to reporters in Sonipat, Hooda said the education minister had "completely failed" to safeguard the integrity of the examination system and should step down on ethical grounds.

Backing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' rally in Kota, Rajasthan, Hooda said the concerns raised over unemployment and examination irregularities reflected the anxieties of millions of young Indians. "The issues raised by Rahul Gandhi and the demand for the resignation of the education minister are fully justified. The aspirations of students and youth cannot be repeatedly betrayed through paper leaks and administrative failures," Hooda said.
