Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde visited the 'Know Your Army' exhibition in Jaipur on Monday. The event took place at Bhawani Niketan as part of celebrations for the 78th Army Day.

Governor Bagde praised the military strength and technological capabilities of the Indian Army on display. He emphasized that honoring soldiers is the responsibility of every citizen.

"Work related to any officer or soldier of the army should be given priority in government offices and all other places," Bagde said during his visit.

Exhibition Details and Public Access

Officials confirmed that the display of defence equipment will remain open to the public until 1pm on Tuesday. Visitors on Monday witnessed an impressive array of military hardware.

The exhibition featured mechanised platforms, infantry weapons, artillery systems, and air defence equipment. Advanced communication gear and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) also drew significant attention.

Governor Bagde particularly appreciated the display showcasing 'Operation Sindoor.' He also watched a dog show organized at the venue.

Bagde described the 'Know Your Army' exhibition as a unique display of Indian military power. "It provides citizens with an opportunity to witness the strength, technology, and sacrifices of the Indian Army up close," he said.

The Governor added that seeing indigenous weapons related to India's self-reliance in the military sector helps citizens feel proud of their country.
