The Election Commission of India has taken a serious view of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge's controversial reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a "terrorist," issuing a stern notice to the veteran politician on Wednesday. "How can they join with Modi? He is a terrorist. And he doesn't believe in equality. His party won't believe in equality and justice," the Congress chief stated.
