Addressing the assembled legal professionals and party members, Rajya Sabha MP and distinguished Supreme Court lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi delivered a powerful address. Singhvi further elevated the role of advocates, labeling them as "guardians of justice and soldiers of the Constitution." Former Union minister Salman Khurshid, who presided over the program, offered a philosophical perspective. Congress general secretary and Uttar Pradesh in-charge Avinash Pande dedicated his speech to highlighting Jyotiba Phule's monumental contributions to social reform. In a more pointed critique, Uttar Pradesh Congress president Ajay Rai alleged that constitutional values are currently being systematically weakened.
