BJP's UP Chief Pankaj Chaudhary Visits Ayodhya, Hails Ram Temple as Symbol of Party's Struggle
BJP UP Chief in Ayodhya, Calls Temple Symbol of Party's Struggle

BJP's Uttar Pradesh president Pankaj Chaudhary made his first visit to Ayodhya after taking charge as the party's organisational head in the state. He described the temple town as a powerful symbol of the BJP's long ideological and political struggles.

Chaudhary Pays Homage to Ram Devotees and Karsevaks

Chaudhary expressed deep reverence for all devotees of Lord Ram. He specifically honored the karsevaks and countless others whose relentless struggle, unwavering faith, and sheer determination ultimately led to the construction of the magnificent Ram temple in Ayodhya.

He stated that their collective effort and belief turned the dream of the grand temple into a tangible reality for the nation.

Addressing Party Leaders in Awadh Region

The state president convened a significant meeting in Ayodhya. He gathered state office bearers, regional office bearers, district presidents, district in-charges, and elected representatives from the Awadh region.

During this assembly, Chaudhary emphasized the foundational principles of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He reminded attendees that the party was established not merely for political power but with a profound commitment to national service.

Praising PM Modi's Vision and Achievements

Chaudhary highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's role in fulfilling key ideological goals. He noted that Modi realized Syama Prasad Mukherjee's vision of one nation, one leader, and one flag through the historic abrogation of Article 370.

Furthermore, he connected Modi's governance to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya's philosophy of Antyodaya, or uplifting the last person in society.

Chaudhary explained that the central government's welfare schemes are dedicated to the economic and social upliftment of poor, deprived, and neglected sections. This effort is driven by a resolve focused on service, good governance, and the welfare of the underprivileged.

Cultural Nationalism and Global Message

The BJP leader asserted that Prime Minister Modi is actively working to illuminate the world with India's ancient culture. This mission is part of a broader resolve towards cultural nationalism.

Chaudhary pointed to specific projects like the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the Kashi Vishwanath corridor in Varanasi, and the Mahakal Lok in Ujjain. He stated that these sites, along with all the nation's cultural and spiritual centers, powerfully convey the message of India's glorious traditions to a global audience.

Emphasis on Party Workers and Organisation

Reiterating a core party principle, Chaudhary declared that the party worker remains paramount. The organisation is the strength of all of us, and the organisation is our identity, he told the gathered leaders.

He also addressed political challenges, accusing the opposition of attempting to create confusion among the public. Specifically, he mentioned confusion regarding the concept of a developed India and legislation referred to as the VB G RAM G Act.

Chaudhary urged party members to proactively counter this narrative. We have to convey the truth about the Act and the historic decisions taken in the interest of the workers to the public, he instructed.

Warm Welcome and Temple Visit

Earlier in the day, party office bearers, elected representatives, and grassroots workers extended a warm welcome to Chaudhary at various locations across Ayodhya. The visit included a personal moment of devotion, with the state president offering prayers at the revered Ram temple.
