The Indian Army, in collaboration with the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), executed a comprehensive joint flood relief exercise named 'Jal Rahat' on Saturday at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.
