In a significant action against narcotics, the Kotwali police in Jhunjhunu district successfully apprehended a young man in possession of the banned substance MDMA in Sikar on Tuesday. Acting promptly on a confidential tip-off regarding drug peddling, a police team from Kotwali police station swung into action. Sub-Inspector Lalit Yadav was instrumental in intercepting the suspect. The accused, identified as Shakti Singh, aged 22 and a resident of Khori Dungar, was stopped while he was riding a motorcycle.
Recovery of Drugs and Vehicle
Upon conducting a thorough search of the individual and his vehicle, the police team recovered a quantity of MDMA drug from his possession.
