The newly inaugurated buildings, constructed at a cost exceeding Rs 9.18 crore, represent a leap forward in police infrastructure. They will house:
- Offices for senior police officials, including the Additional Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent of Police.
- A modern control room for enhanced coordination and response.
- A storeroom and maintenance workshop to ensure operational readiness.

- Massive Recruitment Drive: More than 2.19 lakh police personnel have been recruited, significantly boosting the force's strength.
- Enhanced Training Capacity: Training infrastructure has been expanded dramatically, from accommodating around 3,000 personnel to nearly 60,000 at a time, ensuring better-prepared officers.
- Improved Residential Facilities: Previously, many police personnel faced poor housing conditions, often living in rented accommodations that led to disputes. Now, residential facilities for approximately 200 personnel per police line, with separate arrangements for men and women, have alleviated these issues.
- Modernized Infrastructure: Police stations across Uttar Pradesh have been upgraded with better buildings, barracks, and logistical support, moving away from under-equipped conditions that once hindered operations.

"There was a time when lack of facilities made police appear helpless, even allowing criminals to escape.
