Using a hydraulic platform, the team carefully brought her down to safety without any injuries.
Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Chaubey stated that the team prioritized communication to ensure the woman remained calm before proceeding with the rescue. "Our personnel first engaged in conversation with her and reassured her. Once she was stable, we used the hydraulic platform to bring her down safely," he said.
