Details of the Fatal Incident
The tragic event unfolded in Imliya Narendra village around 11 am. According to police reports, the private school had organized a picnic, transporting approximately 50 students and staff members from Narsinghgarh to Sanchi. Kamal Jatav, son of Mangilal Jatav and a resident of Narsinghgarh, was employed as an attendant at the school.
While the journey was underway, Kamal was standing near the front gate of the bus, while other staff members were seated towards the rear. In a horrific turn of events, the gate of the bus accidentally opened at that moment, causing him to lose his balance and fall onto the road from the moving vehicle.

The sudden fall led to fatal injuries. The bus, which was part of the school management's arrangement for the picnic, was immediately stopped. Local authorities from the Berasia area were alerted and rushed to the scene. Kamal Jatav was pronounced dead.
Police have registered a case and are conducting a thorough investigation into the exact circumstances that led to the bus gate opening unexpectedly. The incident has cast a pall of gloom over the school community in Narsinghgarh and the surrounding areas, turning what was meant to be a day of joy and excursion into one of profound sorrow.
The tragic accident highlights critical safety concerns regarding passenger transport, especially during school trips. It serves as a grim reminder for educational institutions and transport operators to enforce strict safety protocols, including ensuring all doors are securely locked while the vehicle is in motion and that all passengers, including staff, are properly seated.
