Kolkata: A rape complaint has been registered against Saokat Molla, the former MLA of Canning East, who is currently in the custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection with the Bhangar bomb blast case. The complaint was filed by a housewife at the Jibantala police station, naming Molla, his driver Lalu Sheikh, and close associates Hossain Sheikh and Samsul Sardar as accused.
