During the operation, authorities confiscated a total of 315.45 grams of heroin, with an estimated street value of approximately Rs 64 lakh. In addition to the narcotics, police seized several items from Kumar's possession, including:

- 20 zipper packets
- 1 scooty
- Rs 2,260 in cash

Following the arrest, Sandip Kumar has been formally charged under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Specifically, he has been booked under sections 8, 21, and 29 of the Act, which pertain to the prohibition, control, and regulation of narcotic substances, as well as abetment and criminal conspiracy in drug-related offenses.
