The agitating crowd began pelting stones directly at the police team. This assault resulted in the windshield of a police vehicle being damaged. Fortunately, despite the violent nature of the attack, no police personnel sustained injuries during the incident.

In response, police officials employed mild force to disperse the crowd and restore order. From the spot, authorities detained two individuals for detailed questioning regarding their involvement in the stone-pelting.

Police Investigation and Security Measures

Sindhugarh Station House Officer Nilesh Kumar provided updates on the ongoing investigation. He confirmed that CCTV footage from the surrounding area is being meticulously scanned to identify other individuals who participated in the attack.

"Additional police force has been deployed in the area to ensure peace and security," stated SHO Nilesh Kumar. "The situation is now firmly under control, and we are taking all necessary steps to prevent any further disturbances."
