According to police reports, the complaint has resulted in the registration of a First Information Report (FIR) under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with additional charges appropriate to the severity of the allegations.
The complaint specifically names two accused individuals:
- A 40-year-old married man who resided directly behind the complainant's residence
- The survivor's biological father, who is the complainant's first husband
Neighbor's Alleged Deception and Abduction
According to the official complaint, the neighbor allegedly manipulated the vulnerable teenager by pretending to be in love with her, despite being married. This deception reportedly culminated on March 18, when the neighbor is accused of taking the girl without her consent to his native village in Chhapra, Madhya Pradesh.
Police reports indicate that during this two-day period in Chhapra, the neighbor allegedly subjected the survivor to repeated sexual assault. Following this traumatic episode, the neighbor then transported the girl to the residence of her biological father.
Father's Alleged Involvement
At her father's house, the survivor was allegedly subjected to further sexual abuse. Police officials have confirmed that the father had physical relations with his daughter, according to the survivor's subsequent testimony. The entire harrowing experience was later recounted by the survivor to her mother, who then took immediate legal action.
