As they passed beneath the bridge during ongoing concreting work, a heavy iron plate allegedly fell from above and struck Ishwar directly on the head.
The impact caused critical injuries, and he was immediately rushed to Chandur Bazar Rural Hospital. Despite emergency efforts, doctors at the hospital declared him dead upon arrival. The bridge, which has been under construction for the past three years, is currently in its final phase, according to sources familiar with the project.
