Previous Incident at Lucknow Airport

Earlier on Friday, a bomb threat note was discovered inside the lavatory of an IndiGo flight at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA) in Lucknow. This triggered a major security response, leading to the deboarding of passengers and a thorough search of the aircraft. The incident involved IndiGo flight 6E 2111 operating on the Ahmedabad–Lucknow–Delhi route.

Details of the IndiGo Flight Incident

According to official sources, boarding had already been completed and the aircraft was preparing for departure to Delhi when cabin crew members discovered a handwritten bomb threat message on a tissue paper inside the lavatory. The matter was reported at around 11:15 am. Security personnel responded promptly, and passengers were safely deboarded for a comprehensive search of the aircraft.
