The Regional Passport Office (RPO) in Lucknow has officially discontinued its public grievance redressal programme that was previously conducted every Wednesday. This decision means that no public interaction or grievance hearing sessions will be held on Wednesdays at the office premises.

Passport applicants can continue to avail grievance redressal services on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, following the existing schedule. The Wednesday sessions have been permanently removed from the weekly calendar.
