The impact was severe, and locals quickly rushed him to Civil Hospital for medical attention. Unfortunately, doctors at the hospital pronounced him dead upon arrival, leaving the community in shock.

The victim's brother, Pravesh Kumar, has filed a formal complaint with the police, alleging that this was not a mere accident but a premeditated murder. Pravesh revealed that Rupesh had been involved in a heated altercation with a colleague just one day before the tragic incident. According to the family, the colleague issued a direct threat, warning Rupesh that he would "see him outside" the hospital and even threatened to kill him.
"We believe this accident was orchestrated to look like a hit-and-run," Pravesh stated emphatically.
