The incident, which occurred on the evening of February 24, has prompted urgent calls from traders for enhanced security measures along the bustling Pune-Bengaluru National Highway.

Details of the Pre-Planned Robbery

According to police reports, the victim is Prakash Bhosale, a 65-year-old jeweller who operates a shop situated at the entrance arch of Gokul Shirgaon. On Tuesday night at approximately 8 PM, Bhosale was in the process of closing his shop for the day. He had just placed a bag containing gold items and a substantial amount of cash on the counter when the theft unfolded.
