A Kanpur Dehat transporter died under mysterious circumstances in an ambulance at Regency Hospital in Kanpur on Monday morning. An unidentified man and woman dropped him off at the hospital and then fled the scene quickly.

Family Expresses Shock Over Suspicious Death

The deceased was identified as Manish Yadav, a 40-year-old resident of Raniya-Jainpur in Kanpur Dehat. His family expressed deep shock and confusion because he had left home for Chitrakoot but ended up dead at the hospital.

Manish worked as a transporter in Jainpur. He left his home in his car on Sunday evening, telling his family he was heading to Chitrakoot. His wife Anamika and their children Payal, Karan, and Arjun did not hear from him until late at night.

His brother Sunil Kumar Yadav described the situation as highly suspicious. The family had no contact with Manish after his departure.

Mysterious Phone Calls Lead to Tragic Discovery

At 3:30 am on Monday, Manish's phone rang. An unknown woman's voice informed the family that he was in critical condition at Regency Hospital. Shortly after, a man called and urged the family to rush to the hospital, stating that Manish's condition was very serious.

When the family arrived at Regency Hospital, they found Manish's body inside an ambulance parked on the hospital grounds. The man and woman who had brought him to the hospital were nowhere to be found.

Police Launch Investigation into the Case

Station officer Kakadeo Rajesh Kumar Sharma confirmed that police are reviewing CCTV footage from the hospital. He stated that further action will depend on the post-mortem report and the family's official statement.

The police have not yet identified the couple who dropped off Manish at the hospital. The investigation continues as authorities work to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death.
