Tragedy Strikes Hazaribag as Young Man Dies by Suicide
A 25-year-old man died by suicide at his home in Hazaribag district on Tuesday night. The incident occurred in the Kariyatpur area under Barhi sub-division.
Wife Makes Heartbreaking Discovery
The man's wife went to call him for dinner when she made the shocking discovery. She found him hanging from an iron hook fixed to a beam. He had used a muffler as a noose.
She immediately raised an alarm. Neighbors rushed to the spot upon hearing her cries. Family members and locals quickly brought the man down from the hook.
Rushed to Hospital but Declared Dead
They rushed him to Barhi sub-divisional hospital for medical attention. Doctors at the hospital examined him and declared him brought dead. There was no chance to save his life.
The deceased has been identified as Deepak Thakur. He was only 25 years old at the time of his death.
Police Launch Investigation into the Incident
Barhi police sub-inspector Rooplal Yadav provided details about the case. He stated that the body was sent for post-mortem examination. After the procedure, it was handed over to the grieving family members.
