Complainant Dilshad, who was riding behind them on a motorcycle with another friend, witnessed the entire incident. He recounted to authorities how a container truck approaching from the Safenagar side was allegedly being operated at dangerously high speeds and in a reckless manner. The massive vehicle struck the scooter with tremendous force, propelling both riders onto the road surface and causing severe, life-threatening injuries.
Aftermath and Police Investigation
Following the collision, the truck driver immediately fled the scene with the vehicle, leaving behind a damaged scooter and two critically injured young men. Emergency services transported Ayan and Mustafa to the government hospital in Pataudi, where medical professionals unfortunately declared both victims deceased upon arrival.
The bodies were subsequently transferred to the mortuary for necessary autopsy procedures before being released to their grieving families.
