Recovery of Cash and Weapons

During a search of the vehicle and the suspects, police recovered Rs 11 lakh in cash, three country-made pistols, and several live cartridges. The cash is believed to be proceeds from recent thefts in the region.

“The gang was involved in multiple burglaries across Sultanpur and neighboring districts. Their arrest will help solve several pending cases,” Singh added.

Legal Proceedings Underway

A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act. The injured accused are under police guard at the hospital, while the fourth suspect is being interrogated to uncover further links.

Police are also investigating the source of the weapons and the gang's network. Further arrests are expected as the investigation progresses.
