In a significant breakthrough, the Bijnor police have arrested four individuals accused of orchestrating the 2024 kidnapping and ransom incidents involving Bollywood actor Mushtaq Khan and renowned comedian Sunil Pal. Arjun Karnwal was apprehended from Bulla Ka Chauraha, Shubham Kujar from Chamarpeḍa locality, Shabiuddin from Acharzan mohalla, and Gola alias Akash Kumar. Following their capture, the accused were produced in court on Monday and subsequently remanded to jail.
These individuals were previously implicated under the Gangster Act, which targets organized crime syndicates.
