Delhi Mother Arrested for Alleged Murder of Two Daughters in Malviya Nagar
Delhi Police have taken into custody a 54-year-old woman in connection with the alleged murder of her two daughters at their residence in Malviya Nagar. Officials confirmed the arrest on Sunday, following a tragic incident that unfolded on March 6.

The bodies of the two sisters, aged 34 and 28, were discovered in separate rooms of their ground-floor home located in F-Block of Malviya Nagar. Their mother was found unconscious in another room of the same residence, having reportedly attempted suicide by consuming poison.
After undergoing thorough medical and psychiatric evaluation, the mother was formally taken into police custody on Friday. Investigators revealed that the elder daughter, who was mentally challenged, was found with a pillow over her face. The younger daughter, a law student, had a ligature around her neck.
